    Thanks, Adam. That's an excellent compilation, which I wish I'd had back in 2015/16 when I began my NLP. It's a great gift to novices. I learned most of this the hard way.

    This video is content I can come back to again and again for squat tweaks. Will you be having Adam as a podcast guest?

    I'm willing to audit a film history class, if it will help me fully appreciate (more than I already do) the cinematic craft of the intros to Adam's videos.

    Great video and instruction. I don't think I was too far off the SS model, but getting this review and paying a little extra attention made my squats this morning solid, to depth, and not terribly taxing. Which has generally not been the case for me for the last few years.
