I see there are a lot of posts regarding testicles in this forum, and they mostly go like this.

First, the OP states that either one or two (or maybe the third one too ) of his nuts are either unwell/sore/feeling weird/numb.

Then, people (or Rip), tell them that no, the program's exercises do not cause pain/problems in that area: go see some doctor, you might have some sort hernia, and if you get one, that's like 99% probability of you needing surgery. There's also the possibility that there's no problem at all and some random delicate nerve or gland part of your scrotum area got slightly injured from tight underwear/shorts in combination with the squatting or deadlifting movement and muscles squeezing your penis alltogether.

Another thing I come across a lot is: Don't lift with a full bladder, stress can cause urine to flow in weird ways and increase hernia development risk.

I'm 23 years old male, ~6ft, ~ 198lbs, and tried to get my squat up to 270lbs + 5lbs. Felt right testicle numbness along with delayed muscle soreness. No pain, so my urologist got me an appointment 3 days later. Still no pain, but numbness and a weird feeling is till there from time to time. After lifting some cardboard box with some books a couple of times, blood flow (I guess), made the numbness go away till I cool down again. Doctor said that there's nothing irregular going on (did an ultrasound as well), and there's probably some nerve that's slightly injured -- weird feeling will go away soon.

The perscription is to rest for a couple of more days, till I don't feel something weird for a full day. Has this happened to anyone? What was your post-recovery workout life like?

For me, the only time I've injured a testicle in the gym was due to a box-squatting mishap. Sounds like you're fine though, I wouldn't focus on it too much.

Maybe your shorts or sweats are too tight?

Or maybe his balls are just too magnificent. Testosterone fixes that too.

I had testicular pain after deadlifting a while ago, got it checked out at the urologist (no hernia, etc.) and he also suggested that some nerve may have been compressed. I continued to train and it went away after about a week.

If it persists for several weeks and the urologist can't find anything, maybe go see a neurosurgeon / spine specialist and let them do an MRI ?

Probably not helpful, but I was feeling some slight twinges of pain in that area, and realized I was wagging my plates around propped just above my groin.
Now I carry them fully in my hands up by my chest, never had those twinges since.

I'm using the baggiest shorts available: it's some super stretchy nike ones that also got some embedded underwear-like flap.

    Update:

It's an injured nerve and I can feel it when I squat light: started lifting squats with light weight (88 - 180 over 3 workouts), and I can feel a weird twinge on the adductor area in combination with some abs stretching all the way to the groin. Working out with upper body at normal loads is OK, but I am avoiding power cleans and deadlifts (and doing chin ups instead), until I can get my squat up to normal loads again.

I'll mention again that there was no pain from the beginning, just a weird sensation.
