Encouraging thing for me to read thanks I
I just took in my 92 year old father
He uses a walker and his balance is nearly gone But he’s committed to train and hopefully get off that walker
After watching Rips video I purchased a 45 degree leg press machine and he’s been using that and my lat machine so far
Just ordered a 15lb oly bar and hope to work that in next
He’s already better able to get out of a chair and into my pickup
Watching how debilitated he is was a good incentive for me to stay training
Sullivan’s grey steel videos on iTunes really helped convince my dad they are a worthwhile source
