How to progress away from wrists in extension in the squat.
As per the title. I have SSBBT REV 3 and I'm following the training app. Good progress so far. In the squat though, I can get my wrists into the required position, but after a few sets cramp comes in around my left shoulder area. It is relieved by allowing my wrists into extension to complete the sets. Not good I know. Is there any exercises I can do to help with this? I have no prior injuries and generally I assume good mobility as I am a climbing arborist for work.
