I’m a sophomore in high school I couldn’t show up to the particles so they took me out of football when taking me out of my classes they put me in P.E in which I will be running for about an hour or so playing various sports or playing football with my friends every other day. So one week it will be M/W/F and the next week it will be T/TH how do I program around this currently I’ve been doing the NLP every other day but I’m confused on how to add a light day and what to do when I get to something like the Texas Method which I need to switch my Upper Body lifts to.

The class lasts from 1pm to 2:30pm school ends at 2:30 I get home an about 3pm and workout at 4:30 I can push this back to 6:30 at the max.

I would just ignore the PE while scheduling your lifting. One hour of some kind of physical activity is not unlike many peoples jobs where they are running around warehouse or loading trucks or etc. You are young and coming into your prime so just don't worry about it and schedule your own time for lifting.

    What is "the particles"?

Sounds like public school did you no favors here.

    Sandbag it.

Looks like you have a great start. Slowly gain about 40 lbs of bodyweight. You’ll be a beast.

When I started lifting I was 120-130 now about a year later Im 160 but during the wight gain I wasn’t progressing on any of my lifts and pretty much just gained fat and now Im about 24% bf should I really gain 40lbs as if in 200-205 I’d probably be like over 30% bf.
