    I will lessen the use of my increments, about 1-2lbs , see what happens, As i have built fatigue over the last 3 months, is it useful to reset? The only time ive done a reset it’s because of a technique error,

    According to the book, you only have to do a reset when you failed several workouts with a specific weight. Do the make the smallest increments you can, get 5x3, try to repeat the next workout and then tell us what happened, please.
