Hi folks. Thanks for the replies. I got a finger prick test with Optimale and they tell me I’m out of scope for TRT because my test is at 14 (bottom of range for treatment is 12…)

Full results:

Albumin 43 g/l (range 35-50)

Free test (calculated) 0.27 nmol/L (range 0.2-0.62)
SHBG 37 nmol/L (range 18-54)
Free androgen index 36 (ratio) (range 24-104)
Testosterone 14 nmol/L (range 8-29)

So, I think this comes down to the range criticism Rip makes. I might be ‘within’ parameters but that level probably is insufficient for me because I think I’m symptomatic.

I might have had double the test five years ago for all I know.

I would really like help with the fatigue and motivation issues I got at the moment. Do folks in the UK have other experiences or advice?

No suggestions at all, but I would point you to this section of the NHS website (as you're UK-based).

Cheers guys. I know what you’re saying and, to be honest, I’ve had a position I my farther than I am now on the topic of PEDs.

What I wanted was to go back 10 years in my ability to recover from stress.

If I can’t get a route for TRT then would happily try actual steroids for actual performance enhancement. My worry is trust in the system and finding something legit.
