Eat fewer carbs.
I'd only worry if the farts are solid.
3500 cal daily with a 275/375/100G spread (protein/carb/fat). No dietary restrictions or food allergies; drinking about 2-3 cups of 2% milk daily plus full fat yogurt before bed. Otherwise steak or chicken with rice/ eggs with sourdough or potatoes.
If it’s relevant- 5’7 198lbs, eating to maintain weight. Squatting in the mid 300’s for 3x5.
