How old are you?
I currently train Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday which fits my work schedule really well.
My rugby season is about to start which includes training on Tuesday for an hour and a half (30 mins conditioning) and a game on Saturday. I'm new to the game so come on as a replacement so generally play 30-40 mins.
Can I get away with keeping the Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday split assuming I eat enough?
