    Thank you. That was helpful. Particularly grateful for the coach's patient explanation of the incremental, minor adjustments to feet and hand placement. Lesser gyms would have rushed through that facet and truncated the video unproductively.

    I'm still struggling with my trap bar deadlift. Could you please make a video explaining proper technique for that one? I'm sure I wouldn't be alone in my heartfelt appreciation of such tutelage.

    Thanks, Rip. I hesitate to impose on your generosity, but might your able team also incorporate into the trap bar deadlift video an explanation of rigorously applying RPE principles? Technique is enough of a bitch on that lift as it is; I'll be damned if I can ever figure out whether I'm "nining" or "sixting" whilst simultaneously suppressing my baser, torsional urges.
