Silly question, but have any of yall ever got sore traps from a hard jog or sprint workout? I dont run as much as I used to, but where is the eccentric motion that could cause trap sorness?

    Video?

Kidding,...at least in the context of this forum...but it might be worth you recording yourself running for your own examination, to see if Frank is right. Tension in the wrong places on a run definitely adds up fast.

If the issue persists, finding a running coach for a consultation could be worth it, if you care enough about running.
