    You can have hundreds of "Flex" magazines and all that shit. You can watch thousands of videos on YouTube of damn bodybuilders recommending the ultimate super mega chest triset with the peck deck and cable crossover. You can even have Arnold's books and every other "fitness personality" one has published. But with all that you can't even have 5% of the wisdom of what is written in SS. As I once said; an inexhaustible source of knowledge when it comes to muscles.
