Where are your eyes focused?
Firstly I filmed a video but cant get it to load up on YouTube.
Anyway, on work sets of the squat on some reps the bar is pushing my torso forward, essentially the bar is crushing me down. So I end up doing a kind of good morning to finish the rep.
I've tried slowing my descent but this doesn't always work. Any other cues or tips on stopping this?
