Tell us about your deadlift grip.
Not fully. I still don't understand why my deadlift stalled while my squat is still increasing. It is funny because each squat session is HARD and yet I am still able to increase by 5lb next time. Something strange happened recently though. As I approached 2 plates either side (i.e. 100kg) on my squat, I started using hip drive way more than before and my hamstrings and glutes started getting pumped after squatting. I think this might be the key to increasing my deadlift. Also I was doing deadlifts every session (yes I was not following the program) and increasing by 5lb each time. Could these be the reasons why it stalled before I was able to hit 3 plates either side (140kg)?
Also by "not adding weight properly" I assume you mean not using fractional plates on bench and OH press? I haven't stalled on bench yet but I have started using fractional plates on those exercises.

I use an alternate grip with my right hand supinated (I am right handed).
I find it strange that my right hand always fatigues first. I end up gripping the bar with my finger tips. My left hand is completely solid and never fatigues. Also the grip of my right hand becomes very weak for a few days, e.g. I can't pinch things or crumble sea salt flakes using my right hand.
As I said I was deadlifting every session and increasing 5lb each time.
Any advice would be appreciated. I am waiting for the blue book to arrive so if your advice is to read the book I will do that as soon as possible.
Start using straps.
