    I don't know how I ended up there, but I'm sure I got Mark's address, used a paper map, and drove to his gym, the Wichita Falls Athletic Club.

    Great article. I remember an old article I read in Strength and Health magazine in the 70s. It told how bike racers like to keep their upper bodies slim to be aerodynamic.

    I’m only two months into NLP and have experienced the additional seated power. As a hopeful 66yo skinny cyclist, I thought my perceived additional power could be imaginary. Without a power meter, I’ll need to repeat some familiar climbs and quantify my cycling gains.
