Rip is right. I did a seminar way back in 2014 and it was the best thing I’ve ever done for my training. A few years later while at my son’s football practice the head coach saw me squat repping 405 in the school weight room. He approached me and asked me to help with the football program. That program went from zero 400lb squatters to over 40. And went from perennial losers to playoffs annually ever since. Getting strong really changed the lives of some very weak and soft private school kids! Instilling toughness, discipline, and learning to distinguish between discomfort and injury are life changers. Really proud of that and I am just a dad trying to stave off entropy. That doesn’t happen if I don’t attend that seminar. Btw, my 165lb son squatted 405 for reps as a senior. Thanks dad!
