Today i'm wasnt able to finish my session because too much fatigue and lack of time, so i will finish this night with deadlift.
Situations like this represent a problem in terms of adaptation and progression?
Courrently training 1 day on and 2 off
Squat 3x5 - 212,5kg
Bench 3x5 - 132kg
Press 3x5 - 91kg
Deadlift 1x5 - 202,5kg
