    Hey Coach, I’m well aware of this … of course context if everything. IMO, which should be taken less then yours, his numbers are low enough I don’t think gaining weight gives him any advantage. I’d imagine consistently in the program and a slight deficit would give him gains, no more than a surplus would. At that weight what is maintenance? I mean 350g carbs and 250g of protein is only 2400 cals…. @
    6”1 270 and a 190 bench is 300lbs the answer?
