Week 9/12 HLM, Day 2
Light Squat (high bar): 325 x 2r x 4s
Heavy Press: 180 x 4r x 4s
Rows: 275 x 6r x 4s
3 min rest for light squats, 8 minutes for press, 2 minutes for rows. Press is a rep PR--good stuff as I'm doing a bench focused HLM this cycle. Deload next week and I'm looking forward to it.

Deload Week
Squat: 360 x 4 x 4
Bench: 237 x 4 x 4
Dead Lift: 375 x 4 x 4
Trained after dinner & drinks with in-laws. Didn't feel as shitty as I expected.
Missed logging a couple of sessions in deload week. Uneventful. Picking back up with week 11.
Week 11/12 HLM Day 1
Heavy Squat (95%): 434 x 2r x 4s (PR)
Medium Bench(80%): 252 x 4 x 4
Light Dead Lift(75%): 400 x 4 x 4
Felt pretty good especially for day 2 of antibiotic treatment for strep. Thanks kids.
