3/3/14
Press: 162.5x5x5
Squat: 355x5x5
Chins: 3x11
Some db curls
Presses felt good - much tighter torso during the lift. Focused on going deep and keeping a tight, rigid torso during squats - felt strong, though there were a couple of slow reps at the end.

It's not been a good week for training - had to fly out of town for a family emergency, so this was my first session in a week.

Had a rough week - been trying to sort out some medical stuff. Between fasting for tests, getting blood drawn, etc., I wasn't really in much of a mood to train.

Just trying to get back in the swing of things. Will ramp up the squat weight for a week or two and then slide back into TM.

BW is down to about 190 - and lifts are definitely feeling the effects. Picked up some whole milk.

4/5/14
Squat: 315x3x5
Bench: 215x3x5
Chins: 4x10
Life and work continue to undermine my training. BW is down to 190. So, apart from general stress, the main issue is getting back on a regular training cycle and eating more food.
