A bit sore coming into the workout, as I raced the 100m and 1Mile events last night. All lifts felt strong. Should be ready next week to continue the progression.
100M PR is 13.15s; last night I did 13.76s.
1 Mile PR is 5:38; last night I did 7:36.
I've got to be 20lb heavier than last year, so I don't feel too bad about those numbers.

Well, I can't complain. Lifts are coming along fine. I'm starting to creep lower and lower in the catch position on PC. And I'm noticing that my catch stance is really wide. Sure hope I don't drop that bar on my toes. That would suck.

Tried a little different form on PC which made me miss some reps. I was trying a narrower jump and pulling straight up. Going to reset to work on form.
First workout with waximaize. 75g about 10m before, 75g during, and 75 after along with 8g of glutamine. So far so good.

Squats are feeling heavy. Still slowing down on reps 4 and 5 of sets 2 and 3 on Press. DL felt the best, although I'm wondering if I should start adding my right heel lift. Ate some sweet potatoes and protein shake 3hrs before lifting. Pre workout of 75g waximaize, Post workout of 75g waximaize. Feeling really really peppy, even though the fish fry last night made me feel like crap today. Either that or too much salt.

Squats definitely felt hard. I could tell I was favoring my left leg as I came out of the hole, so I consciously tried to even out the load. Press is still hard with 110lb. Hopefully, I can make the jump to 115lb next week.
Unsure of what to do about PC. I've pretty much maxed out b/c my form is getting bad. I'm thinking of backing off to maybe 150lb and increasing intensity, say try and finish a set of 3 in under 5sec or something.
Will keep the DL on Friday. Switched up this week b/c of track meet. Got 13.26 for 100m last night. Didn't run 800m b/c of rain cancellation.

Doing acceleration sets: squats and dl completed in 10min apiece and press completed in 5min.
I was coming into the working with some slight DOMS from yesterdays workouts, plus a poor night of sleep. However after completing the squats, I started to feel better. After the workout, I noticed I wasn't as fatigued and my legs really felt recovered. Not as much DOMS.
