    Conditioning:

    (6) 30 second rowing sprints with 90 second active rest

    Avg pace: 1:42/500m (during sprint, pace during active rest was "slooow")
    Total Distance Rowed: 2500m

    This looked much easier on paper. By the end, I was gasping.

    Conditioning:
    Row (Calories), Pushups, V-Situps: 20-15-10 (8:20) a little faster than last time.

    Deadlift: 135x5,225x5,315x2,365x1, 410x5 grip!

    Only got a few hours of sleep last night. Did the bare minimum today and got the fuck out.

    Some days the bare minimum is all you need. The squat is creeping back up.
