It is cool that your wife trains with you.
It can be frustrating sometimes. Like when she finds a way to skip her squats. She'd be better off doing a real linear progression cycle first, but she just kind of follows me on my program. I guess it's better than nothing.
Coaching the one you have sex with is not always the easiest thing.
But, it is cool none the less.
