    It can be frustrating sometimes. Like when she finds a way to skip her squats. She'd be better off doing a real linear progression cycle first, but she just kind of follows me on my program. I guess it's better than nothing.

    Coaching the one you have sex with is not always the easiest thing.

    But, it is cool none the less.

    Then I went in and installed some crown molding. If you've never done crown, and want to know what it's like, hit yourself in the foot with a sledgehammer. Now you know.

    Excellent conversation with John Sheaffer today. Will be altering the workout and nutrition next week to resemble the discussed plan.

    Still taking it easy and eating crap this week tho. Just cause.
