Just realized I never updated for Wednesday.
Squat: 295
Easy.
Bench: 187.5
Got all my reps, moving up to 190 next Monday. My old nemesis.
Powercleans: 135
Dropped to 135 to work on form, and I'm quickly gonna add weight here in the future.
Nothing else to report.

So I forgot to post for Friday, so here's Monday and Friday condensed into one post. Enjoy!
Friday
Squat: 300
These felt good and were pretty easy.
Press: 122.5, 1x5, 1x4, 1x5
I missed the last rep of my second set, I think, cause I lost back tightness and lost control of the bar. Gonna go up to 125 on Wednesday and see how that goes. I've been using a belt which has helped a bit.
Pullups: 7,5,5
These felt really strong. I was pretty stoked about how I did.
Roman Chair Situps: BW, 5x12
Monday:
Was really tired going into today's workout. Didn't get much sleep last night(3 hours) and had a test today in my training so I was feeling pretty drained by the time I got under the bar.
Squat: 300
Kept it the same, no problems. Got a tape though so I'll be able to improve for sure.
Bench: 187.5
Kept it the same. No problems putting up the weight.
Deadlift: 310
These felt good and strong. Moving up to 320 next time I pull.

Life gets in the way of the most important things in the world. Work schedule has prevented me from getting into the gym on Friday and today. I really hope that i'll be able to get in on Wednesday, otherwise I might lose my mind.

Decided to take the week off to recuperate from some personal shit and work. Gonna get in on Monday.
No more excuses.
