Starting Strength: for novices on straight SS or with minor variations
General: the rest

Please keep in mind that you're likely to get the best feedback if you name your log something that will give a good idea of what is going on inside. Something to draw readers. This is especially true if you're in the general section. Goals, sports you're training for and so on are good things to put in the log title.
