    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    SL Hip hyperextensions: 140lbs, 1x8; 145, 2x8
    Natural GHR: 3x5
    DB bench: 70lbs, 3x5
    Box Squats: bodyweight
    Neck pulls, Ys, Ts

    DB bench: shoulders felt fine the next day, so shaving off some of the depth and making sure my elbows didn't flare out seems to have solved that problem

    Doc ordered a pelvic/spinal x-ray. After looking at it, he doesn't want me to deadlift until he works on my back and hips. Sucks, but hopefully I'll be able to get back to it in a couple of weeks.

    In the meantime, I'm doing some single leg stuff and continuing with all the upper body exercises.

    Good to see you finally got a chance to get checked out. Hopefully nothing serious and that you'll be able to continue on and move some heavier weights!
