    People walking past, taking spare plates of the rack during your damn set, etc. Fair enough, the place gets crowded sometimes, but there's still personal space. Bah.

    Today while waiting for a rack, I saw a guy come up and take a plate off the barbell while the guy using it went to get a drink. I had to go over and point out he was light on one side before he started the next set.
    Most people are pretty considerate there, but some are just idiots.

    No time for training the last few days while rushing to do up the flat to sell. Half tempted to stay now it's got a new kitchen and paintjob.
    Anyway, house-sitting for parents this weekend with only access to a bench and non-olympic barbell, hopefully back at to the gym on monday.

    Squats:
    35kg x15
    40kg x15
    40kg x10
    Have to clean and push-press these into position, so decided to play it safe and do some volume work. Surprisingly hard, last set kicked my arse.

    Rolling that onto my lap wasn't particularly pleasant, I have to admit. We'll see if I die in my sleep from an abdominal injury tonight.
