have been vacationing and doing a variety of other things the last week to get ready for my trip which begins thursday. did get to the gym today for a quick squat session, worked up to a brutal

10x245pr---was going to press after this but my hammies were cramping, will probably do the presses on wednesday. have seen good progress but wasn't likely to get that 5x280. Will probably do a max press set at 140 on wednesday and go for a pr. Not exactly the goals i set but at least a quality demonstration of progress.
