FYI everybody, I didn't stop lifting, I just started logging somewhere else when the servers here were down. Because I know you all care so much.

I'm logging here again to document my quest to hit 500# in the squat by the end of the year.

    squat
    410x5

    bench
    222.5x3x5

ran home, busy day. Should've pulled, but, like I said, no time.

Do you have any specific programming your planning to use to get your 500?

looks like you got the height genes. Don't get too bulky, don't want to lose your abs

    starting strength coach development program
    squat
    385x5x5

    press
    150x4
just couldn't quite get the last rep. shoulder was sore after, so I decided to call it off. I think Benching is interfering with Pressing now. Then my calves started cramping, so I decided to just go home.

At least squats went pretty well: nice and deep, but for some reason a little narrow and quad-ish.
