Upper back is sore from the SGDLs right now. Excellent.
I would also do actual snatches, but we only have metal plates, no bumpers. I'm fine with cleaning metal plates, but snatching is too much to ask.

el bencho
230x2
185x4,4,4,8
didn't go balls to the wall on the final set. one the first 185 set, did paused.
one arm db bench
65x2x8
this was heavier than expected so only did 2 sets
db rows
65x3x10
didn't want to hit this too hard
face pulls
30#x3x20 ish
bar kurlz
30
hanging leg raises
10
the last stuff, of course, was just quick dicking around while waiting for the bus. ran into one of my students. he was squatting light and high.
I'm in the university gym, not a personal gym, so I'm not going to buy anything.
squat
415x2
325x4,4,4,8
tiring! some big guy complimented me on squatting so much, hadn't seen anybody do so much so low. also, there was a girl in short shorts working out in front of me. it was distracting.
power clean
225x3x3
I also did like 5 sets of 3 pullups, one set was L-pullups where my legs were totally cramping up
bar kurlz x 40
hanging leg raises x 15
Heh, it was good you could power through those distractions! :-) It looks like you are putting in some real solid work, keep it up.
Definitely one of the problems with being at a university gym. It's full of 17-23 year old women in decent shape, and, you know, you try to keep your eyes elsewhere, but it's definitely a distraction.
