    Upper back is sore from the SGDLs right now. Excellent.

    I would also do actual snatches, but we only have metal plates, no bumpers. I'm fine with cleaning metal plates, but snatching is too much to ask.

    this was heavier than expected so only did 2 sets

    the last stuff, of course, was just quick dicking around while waiting for the bus. ran into one of my students. he was squatting light and high.

    You ever thought about buying bumpers? I did and I don't regret spending the money at all.

    I'm in the university gym, not a personal gym, so I'm not going to buy anything.

    tiring! some big guy complimented me on squatting so much, hadn't seen anybody do so much so low. also, there was a girl in short shorts working out in front of me. it was distracting.

    power clean

    I also did like 5 sets of 3 pullups, one set was L-pullups where my legs were totally cramping up

    Definitely one of the problems with being at a university gym. It's full of 17-23 year old women in decent shape, and, you know, you try to keep your eyes elsewhere, but it's definitely a distraction.
