Squat felt like a maximal double, I could maybe do one more jump on the deadlift but not two, probably ditto for the bench and the press, but those are harder for me to predict. I'm going to do another 12-week cycle, but I'm consider doing one more 3-week cycle on the bench and the press and do singles on the top set if necessary.

I figured why not, I'll do another 3 week cycle on the bench and press before resetting. Not sure about deadlift. Maybe. But the squat will be on a new 12 week cycle.

I think I feel okay enough today to get some gym time in. Since I pretty much had an entire week off and still feel crappy, what I think I'll do is instead start a new 12-week plan for all the lifts and have this week as a light week. Ugh. I don't like skipping workouts just because I'm sick, but it's kind of hard to train when you can't breath.

I did some pullups - experimented with weighted. did 2 with 20, then kind of 1.5 with that. then did 2 with 10#.
