first day of classes. went okay. went to gym in the evening, tons of people there. saw the strong guy I see around a lot, he attempted a 635# deadlift and stalled just below the knees. the gym was so busy and I had stuff to do, so i skipped out after my worksets.

My shoulders feel fine even though I didn't do too much prehab and shit the last couple weeks. I probably shouldn't have been lazy about leg work. But, whatevs. First week of classes is crazy-go-nuts, so whatevs.
there were a couple of crossfitters around. bleh.

bench is getting strong. Its been blazing hot here in SD too, I lose about 5lbs in water every workout.

I'm looking forward to testing my bench in about a week. The program was a lot of work, but it wasn't a struggle. I kind of regret doing the 5/10# increase instead of th 10/15, because I think I could've done it. But, then again, we'll see what this did for me. I think 275 is a sure thing and 285 is possible. Beyond that, dunno.
