Maybe I should log the days I walk home? Took 37 minutes, just like last time. But I was wearing nicer shoes. I need a better strategy for going down this one hill - I cut down this one hill that is quite steep and sometimes the ground is soft - I want to avoid losing footing and things like that.

I had some stuff come up, then I got like a chest cold for a couple weeks so breathing was my first priority, then I had lingering chest stuff for a couple more weeks, and then I was just busy. I got in a couple times after I started breathing again. I've also started, on a few mornings each week when it isn't raining or too hot or something, just doing a quick 0.75-1.5 mile run. And also, on days when it's not raining or too hot or that I was at the office too late, walking home at least part of the way.
Anyway:

On the last set something pinged my neck. I went home because I wasn't going to get anything done while my neck hurt like this. There was some small young woman who was squatting 180 for sets across and deadlifting something over 200 for sets across. Way cool.
