    Squat: 315x5x2
    Hi-Pulls: 135x5x3

Wanted to take it easy since I couldn't tell how taxed my recovery has been lately.

    Bench Press: 245x3x3
    Power Snatch: 95x2x2, 115x2x2

    Still in recovery mode.

Bench: Made my elbows unhappy for some reason.

Power Snatch: Need to go back and watch that video about how to do this lift again. Sometimes it just makes my wrists hurt.

    Squat: 350x3x6 (PR)
    Incline Bench: 135x10x2

Squat: Felt more like a cardio workout than anything else. Made me feel tired, gave me a headache, but there wasn't a chance of failing.

    Last Friday I did
    5 pull-ups
    10 push-ups
    15 squats
    every 2 minutes.
    Did 5 rounds.

    Push Press: 190x3x3
    Squat: 335x5x2
    Good Morning: 95x7x2

It's been about forever since I last logged a workout. Mainly I got kinda weaker, so I'm going to work up my press again and see how high I can get it. My lifting goals for 2011 are a 250 press and 405x5 squat. If I could get my deadlift up a bit that would be great too.

Good Morning: This hurt my shoulders which is why I only did 7 each set. I'd really like to do these, but I think I'm going to have to switch to stiff-legged deadlifts.

    Wed 12/29:
    Press: 165x3x6, 115x10
Preacher Hammer Curl: 40x8, 35x8 both arms
The preacher curl feels much better. With the standing hammer curls I just feel it in my shoulders too much after those presses.

    Sun 12/26:
    Push Press: 185x3x3
    Squat: 275x5x3
    Good Morning: 115x10x2

    Press: 170x3x6, 115x10
    Preacher Hammer Curl: 40x8x2

Presses were easy. It's nice to go into the gym and know you won't have to strain yourself too hard.

    Press: 172.5x2x8
    Press Start: 205x1, 225x1
    Preacher Hammer Curl: 40x8x2
    Cable Crossover: 50x12x3

Press: Switched to 8 doubles from 6 triples since the doubles are much easier on breathing. Otherwise I need to sneak a breath in between the second and third reps which is a little awkward and I'd rather not deal with that. Hopefully this will fix the lightheaded feelings I got before.

Press Start: Almost pressed 205. Probably could've done it if it hadn't come after all those other presses.

Hammer Curl: I'm really hoping to notice a difference with these. I'd just like to not feel my biceps strain when I press or bench press, plus it really works the forearms.

Cable Crossover: Lame, I know. I was done and had 5 minutes to kill before I could leave so I threw these in.

As a side note, I'm going to quit doing power snatches. I'm pretty sure that my wrists are weak in general and the snatches tend to put a big strain on them. With proper coaching I could probably fix it, but it just doesn't seem worth it at this point.

    Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 135x10x3

Not much to say. Presses weren't challenging.
