    I'm Dutch, 24 years old, 103 kg's. Been training for several years, and ever learning.

    grip work:
    COC 1: 5,5,5 2: L,3,2 R,5,4 +


    training tonight:

    high bar squat
    5*67-116 3*138,5-156-173,5-166 (pr) kg
    press
    5*27,5-47,5 3*53,5-60-67-63,5 +
    pullup
    3,3 3*bw+5-17,5-30-23,75 +

    cable cross: 3*15*10,11,12,5 rehab for injured pec

    good stuff, squat pr. going to push the powersled tommorow.
