So after springing ahead last night my right knee started acting up and kept me awake on and off all night. A real piss-off too, because besides being groggy all day so far my medial meniscus tear kept me from squatting today. So in the words of the immortal Tom "Gunny" Highway, "improvise, adapt, overcome." It has been gradually improving so I'll see if I can get in some squats tomorrow morning.
5 minutes warmup on the bike.
Rolling Dumbbells: 45 for 5 sets of 12.
Hammer Curls: 55 for 5 sets of 12. I wasn't sure I could eke out all the reps with this weight but I managed it. My arms feel ready to explode.
