Congrats Mark. I am glad you exceeded your goals. I look forward to reading about your next meet. You are a great example of the geezer's motto.

Well I hope so. Between sweating out being awarded a life long goal of making black belt, moving, studying for my ACE certification, I do indeed have a lot on my mind.

What motto is that? Bench pressing the lid off my coffin?

Well dang! Looks like I'll get a chance to meet another denizen of SS. I'm at around 6 so far.

I'll be in the old fat fuck Raw Division at 275 lbs. and 65-69. Something to consider though. I looked up the other drug tested meets for the USPA this year and the only one I could find was one in Georgia which hasn't posted results yet. Which is odd, because most of the other meets for that month have been already. I sent an email to the USPA asking if that meet will still be on with such a small field to attend.

I go into the detail I do to try to describe the mental state and sometimes last minute thinking processes the lifter goes through under pressure.

    Hurls -

No doubting that all the things you've got going on effected your efforts.

    That said, GOOD JOB!
