This was supposed to be a session of Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) cardio at 60-70% of MHR but turned into something else. Oh well. Full body rounds on the rower, the elliptical, and SciFit with some stretching. The session ran 34 minutes burning 308 calories with an average HR of 121 bpm @79% of MHR and a peak of 131 bpm.
In other news, we got a dusting of short lived snow here. This is not all that common. If I recall correctly, we got no snow at all last year and this was the first snow DB, OD, and I had seen in years having lived in SoCal. In the few short hours it lasted, it clung to the branches transforming the bare trees into a fairy land.
