    Seated Press: 135 for 4 sets of 4.

    Dips: 55 for 4 sets of 4.

    Hammer High Row: 180 for 4 sets of 4.

    Conditioning back at the Rec Center this morning. Rounds of the speed bag, rower, medicine ball tosses, heavy bag, medicine ball slams, and SciFit.

    Rack Pulls: 275 for 3 sets of 2.

    A few different things in the mix today with Medicine ball side throws, speed bag, rower, crunches, and heavy bag.

    Deload @ 70% of 1RM.

    Bench Press: 165 for 4 sets of 2.

    Seated Press: 100 for 4 sets of 2.

    Hammer Row: 180 for 4 sets of 2.

    I'm debating whether to skip the deadlift session to allow for the rest for the meet next Saturday.

    starting strength coach development program
    I thought I had second place in the Powerlifting Rankings in my classes cinched. But it turns out I need to beat Bob Evans' total of 892 to do so. He just got on the board in the last two weeks. I should be able to pull it off if I manage a squat of 277 or better. His bench press is 242 while mine is 231, his squat is 270 while with luck mine just might crack 300, and his deadlift is 380 while mine is 385.

    Finally, a challenge to meet.
