Good job on the PR.
At least you now KNOW where you are at weight wise. I know that 250 is too much for me too even though I've been upward of 270lbs. The arm and chest size are nice along with the extra strength but I just don't feel well. To me a 19" arm just isn't worth how sluggish I feel. I'll bet at 220 you'll be a Hong Kong Fooey Kung Foo Ninja extraordinare that the youngsters you workout with will flee from in fear!
