Dense and spooky fog again today, BUT: not to be deterred with rounds of speed bag, elliptical, plate haloes, medicine ball tosses, crunches, heavy bag, with rowing and hamstring and knee flexor stretches.

31 minutes average HR 137 BPM @93% of MHR. Average resting HR of 62 BPM and with a VO2 Max Very Good to Excellent @ range of 37-41.

It all makes me wonder who's gonna be left to try to market this otherwise excellent service and instruction to.
I pretty much stay in the logs. I kind of got bored with the moderated version of “ends and pieces”.

    I usually praise with a warning ⚠️
Take what you need to get strong and leave the rest.

I'm disappointed Mark hasn't been around. I looked forward to making contact with him again.

Guys, I'm pretty sure Mark is completely done with this forum due to comments made
up the the Q&A section quite awhile back. I could be wrong, but I doubt that he ever
posts here again. Checking his profile I can see that his last login was February 19th.
If you happen to check in Mark, I hope you and your wife are doing well.
