Yeah Jerry, it was a reasonably well equipped gym. We were there for a memorial service paying our last respects to DB's brother, also named Mark. Beautiful area, like Southern Illinois only moreso in terms of the terrain and some really polite people. I might add, that it behooves you to keep both hands on the wheel and pay VERY close attention when driving on Ozark roads. Even the state highways. Even if the speed limit is marked 55, you'd be foolhardy to drive that fast if you weren't familiar with the roads. But then I understand upstate NY is much the same in that respect.

Sorry to hear about your brother in-law. Nice thank you were able to attend the memorial
I don't know much about the Ozarks, although it looked interesting on a show I saw on Netflix called Ozarks.
You sure need to pay attention when driving on an unfamiliar road. Especially with the jack asses here in NY

Conditioning today was rounds of speed bag, box jumps, cable rotations, medicine ball toss, kettlebell swings, and heavy bag.
I got lucky. Both DB and Our Daughter are not well, but it only hit me a glancing blow.

Ken AND Ethan showed up tonight. It'll be something of a road back to rebuild the class size back up.
So more review of Blue Belt 1st Degree rank. Ethan's memory of all the techniques was not perfect, but he did remember many of them. Some fine tuning got him up to speed on all but one or two of them, both of them some takedowns that require some careful timing and exacting adherence to performing them. Once again, Ken showed his understanding of the techniques and his own developing teaching skills in correcting some of Ethan's flaws.

Glad I have a music service that allows me to sample you playlists when I read you logs.
I did 6 years in Arkansas, Little Rock AFB, late 70's early 80's. Love the Mountain Home area.
Floated a sunken house boat once on Greers Ferry Lake, (a reservoir).
Flew over that area more than a little.
