Do you pick your music, or is this from a station? You listen to good stuff.

I have very eclectic tastes in music that I pick from Spotify. Back in the 80's I made some cassette tapes. This is much easier and better.

Mix-tapes were the best way to tell that hottie how much you liked her. Oh, the '80s...

A really great session with the Special Olympians tonight, the Big Muddy Iron Crew. The last one before the Qualifier for Summer Games. Everyone was attentive to the commands and displayed excellent form. They handled the final weights of the last set with ease. This was really promising for their performance at the meet since that weight was 95% of their best lift in the gym.

    Looking good for all.

I skipped squats this week, not wanting to risk getting a tweak before the Qualifier this weekend. So it was rounds of conditioning with plate halos, cable rotations, heavy bag, medicine ball toss, crunches, rowing, and knee and hip flexor stretches.

That Mustang Sally song has a really nice groove, is it Wilson Picket? Used to play it with my band in the seventies as a cover.

I have had "Madman Across the Water" stuck in my head for the last week. Thanks Mark!
