Body felt pretty wrecked.
Was supposed to do Squat 5X5. Just couldn't do it. Good news is I PR'ed in my press at 225 (which is also pretty much my body weight).
I have finally gave in and bought Wendler's book. I am going to give the 5-3-1 a shot starting next week. The CFFB programming was just too much and too hard to scale down and I always felt like I was running into a brick wall. I am excited to start a more precise program that is more easily individualized for myself. Taking a 3 day break first (3 days of drinking and watching college football...FINALLY!)
