    Hi Meshie!

    Yeah, something bad happened when I passed out from pneumonia while crossing the room carrying my computer. Spent a few days in the hospital and lost all the information stored. Didn't replace it for a year or so while new interests took me elsewhere. But I never stopped lifting hard! it's good to be back and I hope to see a few familiar faces.

    Hey Jerry,
    It's been a long time! I hope to begin logging soon. Trying to get back on track with my lifting schedule very soon. I've been super busy and time in the weight room has been limited to occasionally.

    Started easy today. Too many injuries caused by the dumbest of things, throwing a rubber 'conk' for my dog. Tore a couple muscles in the back of my right shoulder, and a ligament in my left. No dipping or benching of any sort until they heal. Not much, but it's a beginning.

    Rolling dumbbells

    EZ bar curls

    Didn't get a chance to lift Wednesday, so I combined FS's with today's session. Feels good to get started, although I'm dismayed by all the little 'niggles' of pain. Bummer!
