    *Right shoulder and elbow decided to rebel. Yesterday was putting in a 30'x60' ceiling at our local gun club. The work was all overhead, obviousl, and everyone's shoulders were on fire when we finished. Thankfully, today was about shoulder recovery.

    Can't complain. Threw my low back out thirty minutes before going to the weight room, so kept my curls light. The last two sets were just a pain test. Yep, they hurt.
