Supposed to do 325 for 5 sets of 2 but was feeling very strong after pausing most of the reps and knocked out a 3rd rep on the final set not thinking. Almost did 5 before I remembered it was suposed to be doubles.

My ease at weight loss is something that has BURNED my wife up over the past 35 years, Mark! I'm not going to say its easy for me, but when I make my mind up I become pretty single minded. The biggest problem I find is losing it to quickly. In the past I"ll clean my diet up and increase my cardio and not stop until I am where I want to be. Now that I'm old(er) and smarter (I hope) I will drop 6-8lbs and then hold at that BW. Then another 6-8lbs and hold again. I've found if I approach it that way the weight loss is easier and when I get back down to the goal weight it will stay off until I get another wild hair about gaining weight for strength!
