    I've been doing lots of random crap over the last month. Basically I've be lifting 4-5 days per week, doing some kind of squatting, pressing, and pulling every day. Progress has probably been slower than it otherwise could have been (you know, had I followed an actual program), but enjoying what I'm doing....which, I suppose, is the key to long term progress.

Dropped the bar and stumbled backwards to a bench just in time. I think the bar hit a little too far against my neck. Figured I'd better stop there.)

I had to stand with the bar in the rack position for ~10 seconds before the fuzziness disappeared.
