    Thanks Ann. I appreciate the encouragement and advice a lot from yall. thanks to hurling I started logging and Ive really found it helpful. Im looking for new goals - definately have a shitty bench and clean. Also- i got a keg of IPA hanging out on my belt...maybe get my fat ass on some runs. But yeah. Yalls support made a positive difference and Im grateful for it.

    Squat 275,325,365x3
    255,225,205,205x 10 205 x 5

    Last squat was high- hard not to count it because i was close - but Ill repeat the weight, 365 was 1rm just a bit ago so no biggie, also Im sick with a lung infection- that was a trippy feeling to hit a squat then sound like a tuberculosis patient for 2 mins.
    Crapped out on my last set of 10. Oh wel 255 for 10 is pr. 365 for 2 is PR. Going for a hike in a few. Lungs are on fire.

    I talked with a buddy on the phone this morning, Jimmy. I finally hung up on him because he was coughing so much. I think he, perhaps even you, have the bug that got me for about 3 months a few months back. I was treated for a lung infection and it turned out the coughing was caused by the drainage down the back of my throat from a sinus infection. Who'da thunk? That was treated and in 10 days I was back to over 90% at least.

    I dont know man, but my hike really knocked me out- woke up my old injury and I had to sit down halfway up the mountain, (like 1500 ft elevation) have the same symptoms you describe. Aside from being lethargic Im fine- but i got clients today and i need to figure out how to not cough like crazy for an hour at a time or Ill have to cancel work. This os where I envy people with a salary. Im still working out today and taking a sauna. Trying to get my core temp up as it seems to help a bit. Did any of that help? Or did you do antibiotic?

    First day on antibiotics, still sick but got it done plus some assistance so Im happy.
    Took a sauna and feel tired but better, blood pressure was high and oxygen level was low so grateful i could get that much done,
    Still faking my press on 175 slight kick up on first and third rep, second one was honest,. I reckon my real press is 165-170 .

    Cycle 15 wave 2 bench, cycle 15 wave 3 squat.

    Squat, 280,320,370 531 370 PR

    Bench 195,210,225 x3

    135 4x10 1x7. This is what i should be doing- resting 2 mins instead of 1 and pushing more weight,

    RDL 185,225 x5 275 x 3 275 x2 - had to switch grips, which i shouldnt do but wanted to finish set.

    Dips 10 bw, 10lbs x 5 25 lbs x3. Should start with 20lbs next time

    This was my best squat and bench form perhaps ever. Glad to not be sick, looking forward to seeing what weighted dips do for my press.

    New goal: 400 squat, 200lb press. At bw of 200. Time to quit smoking weed n eatin tater chips.

    120,115,110,x10 105x 5. Rest 60secs . Had to go.

    Shoulders were tired from yesterday, short on time, no big deal, got it done. Prolly stick at 120 with more rest for 5x10 next time.

    Great PR, Jimmy. That's a dandy squat. Soon you'll be handling 405, same as your BLDL.

    We gotta get your bench up around 250x5 though. You are on the right track about more rest and more weight. You don't get stronger by handling less weight.

    Those dips are going to start paying off after a while.

    Thanks oldster, following your advice - just had to get to a point. Im focused on press and that means getting my bench up- i didnt bench much before but Im pretty sure thats all thats limiting my press- so Yeah, Im on that page. Maybe by end of summer or mid fall.

    Non program day.

    Cleans 170 5x3

    chins, 5,4,4,3

    Decline sit ups 5x10

    Trail hike- gonna run some i think, 45 mins,

    25lbs down on. My clean for not having done them, i miss it too. Love cleans, tomorrow bench, maybe some RDLs, save Deadlift for Monday - instead of taking full week for deload, focus on Deadlift 410 and cleans, just deload the 3 lifts.
