    found my BW yesterday to be 159lbs.

    DE lower dAY

    press 135x4, wussed so deloaded to 120x5,8
    squat 150x2x10 on the minute
    RDL 135x8x3 nice depth and form
    back extension 40x8x3
    chins 10x8,6 DB dropped after 6th rep fuck
    shrugs 220x20
    leg raise on the bench 3x8

    EAT ALL YOU CAN FRIED CHICKEN: 1 and 3/4 only which sucked
